In this role, you will manufacture highly precise components for modern hydraulic systems. You will work with the latest CNC lathes, robotic systems, and innovative manufacturing technologies, making an important contribution to the quality and efficiency of production.

Job Description
- Setting up, operating, and optimising 2- to 4-axis CNC lathes, 5-axis drilling centres, and hard turning machines with robotic systems
- Selecting suitable tools and determining efficient manufacturing processes
- Monitoring ongoing production processes and ensuring high product quality
- Identifying and implementing optimisation opportunities in production
- Supporting the grinding and honing departments
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and workflows

- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ or production mechanic EFZ
- Initial experience in CNC manufacturing is an advantage
- Technical understanding and interest in modern manufacturing technologies
