On behalf of one of our clients, OK Job Médical Neuchâtel is seeking an Adult Psychiatric Nurse to join a specialised and committed team.
Permanent position at 100% on a CDI contract

Adult Psychiatric Nurse
- Nursing diploma, with CRS recognition for diplomas obtained abroad.
- Significant experience in adult psychiatry is essential.
- Additional training in psychiatry is a real asset.
- Good ability to manage complex situations and support patients with psychiatric disorders.
- Empathetic, calm, dynamic person with excellent listening skills.
- Autonomy, sense of responsibility and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Ensure comprehensive care of adult patients in a psychiatric context.
- Provide nursing care and ensure clinical follow-up of patients.
- Participate in supporting patients with various psychiatric disorders.
- Observe changes in health status and adapt care accordingly.
- Participate in the development and monitoring of individualised care plans.
- Ensure handovers and collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team.
- Promote compassionate, safe and appropriate care for each patient.
