Streetchurch is a recognised organisation for psychological psychotherapy and part of the Evangelical Reformed Church Community of Zurich. Financing is therefore provided both through billing under the order model and through contributions from the sponsoring body. This creates flexibility for the benefit of the affected persons.
Further offerings include supported living, social co-working, as well as a wide range of work integration programmes, such as a low-threshold day structure, a vocational preparation programme, potential assessment, and integration measures for young people, partly financed by social services or disability insurance. They are aimed particularly at young people with multiple psychosocial burdens. Complementarily, we offer low-threshold and holistic interdisciplinary counselling.
- Conducting and documenting psychotherapies (mainly adolescents and young adults), partly billing within the order model
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with other professionals in the team (work integration, education, social work, pastoral care)
- Conducting assessments and psychological diagnostics (especially in connection with potential assessment for disability insurance)
- Conducting training sessions, moderating case discussions, assessments, status meetings, and supervisions
- Writing reports; collaborating with referring agencies and institutions
- Degree in Psychology
- Completed psychotherapy training or currently in recognised psychotherapy training
- Strong affinity and interest in social psychiatric issues
- Resilience, independence, and initiative
- Efficient, goal- and result-oriented action
- Teamwork skills and high social and self-competence
