Tasks

Skills
- CFC in cooking and at least 5 years in large-scale or event catering.
- Strong pastry technique and knowledge of HACCP standards.
- Team-oriented, disciplined, and punctual with a desire for stability.

Your responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established menu plans and the specifications of the establishment.
- Ensure the quality of prepared dishes by respecting hygiene and food safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to plan menus and supply needs.
- Control and manage food stocks and costs.
- Mastery of pastry techniques
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, work areas, and comply with cleanliness standards.
Your profile
- You hold a CFC cook certificate
- You have at least 5 years of experience as a bulk cook or in collective catering, events, VIP
- You enjoy working in a team and learning from others
- You are disciplined, punctual, and looking for a stable job.
- You master HACCP standards
- We offer you: continuous working hours from Monday to Friday 6am - 3pm
