Polyclinic, emergency, outpatient care, hospitalizations: from birth to old age, the Morges Hospital offers a wide range of care services. The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. To strengthen our Purchasing, Supply, and Biomedical service, we are looking for a Biomedical Engineering Assistant at Morges Hospital:

Biomedical Engineering Assistant at 100%

Permanent contract, starting 01.08.2026 or to be agreed

YOU HAVE

• A HES technician diploma or equivalent title
• Experience in a similar project management role
• Experience in a hospital environment is a plus
• Knowledge of computer-assisted maintenance management tools (CMMS)
• Excellent listening, analytical, and synthesis skills
• A service mindset and strong customer orientation
• Leadership, anticipation, and proposal skills
• Organizational skills, rigor, and autonomy
• An excellent team spirit

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure operational follow-up of the current investment plan, from commissioning to integration into inventory
• Guarantee optimal management of the equipment fleet via CMMS
• Coordinate equipment disposal operations with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure reliability and continuous updating of CMMS data
• Monitor performance indicators related to maintenance activities and propose improvement actions
• Manage the operational management of maintenance contracts
• Supervise materiovigilance files within the assigned scope
• Manage delegated purchasing files in compliance with internal procedures
• Contribute to the biomedical equipment circularity strategy (second hand, resale, etc.)
