Role:
In this role, you take on the leadership of the implementation of an ERP system and actively shape the foundation for efficient processes. You are responsible for analysing existing workflows, defining requirements and coordinating the implementation with internal stakeholders as well as external partners. You plan, control and monitor all project phases – from conception through testing to successful go-live. You ensure through thorough change and stakeholder management that the system is understood, accepted and used optimally by all user groups. In addition, you establish sustainable standards, training concepts and continuous improvements to anchor the ERP system successfully in the long term.
Responsibilities:
- You lead the ERP system introduction and are responsible for project management from planning to go-live.
- In this role, you systematically capture requirements from business areas, prioritise them and translate them into actionable solutions.
- As Head of ERP System Implementation, you combine your understanding of business processes with the possibilities of modern ERP systems.
- You coordinate and moderate the collaboration between management and internal departments such as finance, production and logistics.
- In this role, you manage cooperation with the external software provider and ensure professional communication.
- You ensure that the defined requirements are successfully implemented in the ERP system and anchored within the company.
Qualifications:
- Several years of experience in project and requirements management
- Very good understanding of business processes in areas such as sales, purchasing, logistics, production and finance
- Sound knowledge of ERP systems, ideally Comarch ERP Enterprise
- Practical experience in working with external implementation partners as well as in managing scope, deadlines and costs of projects
- Strong communication skills, empathy and tact in dealing with various stakeholders and change processes
- Entrepreneurial, solution-oriented thinking combined with assertiveness, resilience and flexibility in demanding project phases
