Role:
The company is an internationally active real estate service provider focusing on property management, marketing, development, and facility management. With comprehensive market knowledge and a broad service portfolio, it supports owners, investors, and users throughout the entire lifecycle of properties, creating sustainable added value for its clients.
Responsibilities:
You lead and support two small teams in property management.
You manage your own portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
You oversee the acquisition of new mandates and support their implementation.
You contribute to acquiring new mandates and preparing offers.
You coordinate budget and closing tasks as well as complex tenancy law issues.
Qualifications:
Several years of professional experience in managing residential and commercial properties.
Further education in the real estate sector.
Leadership experience or interest in a leadership role.
Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style.
Good MS Office skills.
Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
