Your area of responsibility

In this role at Griesser, you can expect a varied and responsible position with great scope for design and a lot of personal responsibility. Instead of constantly changing construction sites, you will look after a production and infrastructure site in the long term and sustainably. You will work in a diverse technical environment consisting of production facilities, building infrastructure, energy supply, photovoltaic systems, charging infrastructure for electric vehicles, and building management systems.

You will benefit from regulated working hours, a motivated and helpful team, as well as the opportunity to continuously develop your expertise and actively contribute to the operational safety, availability of systems, and energy efficiency of our company.

• Carrying out periodic checks and inspections of electrical installations
• Maintenance, repair, and cleaning work on electrical systems
• Performing daily, weekly, and monthly inspections
• Independent analysis and rectification of faults in systems and infrastructure facilities
• Monitoring electrical work safety in the company and ensuring repeat instructions for employees
• Supervision and monitoring of the company’s own photovoltaic system (PVA)
• Supervision and ensuring the availability of charging stations for electric vehicles
• Operation, monitoring, and further development of the building management system
• Participation in the development and implementation of energy efficiency and energy-saving measures
• Providing on-call service in 2nd-level support for fault rectification (travel time max. 30 minutes)
• Co-management of the spare parts warehouse

What you bring

• Completed vocational training as an electrical installer EFZ, assembly electrician EFZ, or comparable qualification
• Operations electrician permit NIV 13 or willingness to obtain it
• Experience in industrial maintenance of production and manufacturing facilities is an advantage
• Responsible, reliable personality with entrepreneurial, networked thinking and acting
• Open, level-appropriate communication skills in German
• Team-oriented, flexible, and solution-focused working style
• Interest in new technologies and enthusiasm for technical innovations
