HR Generalist

About the job

We are an innovative provider of pioneering encoders, customised individual solutions, and customer-specific assemblies. For our dedicated team, we are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual as an HR Generalist.

In this versatile role, you will take responsibility throughout the entire employee lifecycle and act as a point of contact for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters.

Your Responsibilities

Independent management of the entire HR lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, advising and supporting managers and employees on HR topics, drafting employment contracts, references, and other HR documents, recruiting specialists and managers including applicant management, maintaining personnel master data and ensuring accurate HR administration, preparing and processing monthly payroll, developing HR processes further, as well as additional tasks in financial accounting.

Your Profile

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or possess a comparable qualification, further training as an HR specialist or equivalent HR education or willingness to undertake such training, a structured, independent, and responsible working style, good communication and advisory skills, very good German language skills, French language skills are an advantage.
