Health Specialist as a Vocational Trainer 100%
Your tasks
- Comprehensive care and support of our care guests in accordance with the mission statement and care process planning
- Co-responsibility for the training of our apprentices
- Close collaboration with the person responsible for training
- Participation in creating care plans using CareCoach
- Assuming daily responsibility
- Performing treatment nursing and medical-technical activities
- Taking on tasks as a topic leader for a specialist subject and associated networking
Your profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Vocational trainer knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (paid)
- A warm, humorous and exemplary basic attitude
- Enjoyment of diverse challenges
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
