For the technical and application-related support of our customers within the sales organization Switzerland at METTLER TOLEDO, we are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented personality as Application Engineer Process Analytics 80 – 100% (all genders) for the sales team of process analytics in Greifensee/Nänikon. In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Central interface in application-oriented customer support, acting as a link between sales specialists and production organization Coordination of complex application-related inquiries in the field of process technology with global contacts and ensuring timely customer feedback Development of technical solutions for customers in questions and problems, including carrying out test setups and small experiments Independent management of smaller process analytics projects in sales, including needs clarification, customer consulting, and offer preparation Conducting consultations, product presentations, demos, and training sessions with key customers as well as participating in trade fairs and customer events Support of the sales manager in specific marketing activities in cooperation with the marketing team Operational product management, including phase-in and phase-out of products
