- Participation in 2nd-level support and troubleshooting together with our clients and manufacturers
- Automation of deployments and recurring operational tasks (scripting, Ansible, Helm)
- Bringing applications onto our container platform and contributing to its further development
- Assisting with servers, virtualisation, and internal IT (Microsoft 365, workplace devices)
- Enjoyment in systematically narrowing down faults from the application through the database to the network
- Experience in operating Linux and/or Windows servers
- Knowledge of databases (SQL), web servers, and reverse proxies
- Experience with automation (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible)
- Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher) is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Enjoyment of direct contact with users and clients
- Taking initiative to get topics moving independently rather than waiting for tickets
- Curiosity and motivation to learn new technologies and continuously develop yourself

- Automation of deployments and recurring operational tasks (scripting, Ansible, Helm)
- Bringing applications onto our container platform and contributing to its further development
- Assisting with servers, virtualisation, and internal IT (Microsoft 365, workplace devices)
Profile
- Completed education in computer science (EFZ, HF, FH, university) or comparable professional experience- Enjoyment in systematically narrowing down faults from the application through the database to the network
- Experience in operating Linux and/or Windows servers
- Knowledge of databases (SQL), web servers, and reverse proxies
- Experience with automation (e.g. Bash, PowerShell, Python, Ansible)
- Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker, Rancher) is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
