Our Profile

Since June 2019, we have been running the Schäferstube and delighting our guests with great joy in what we do.

At the edge of the forest in Saas-Fee, directly accessible by ski (SKI IN SKI OUT), the Schäferstube with its unique sun terrace is definitely worth a visit.

As young hosts of the region, we bring new life to the gastronomy of Saas-Fee. Both of us have worked in leadership positions in upscale gastronomy/hotel businesses and have acquired solid expertise there.

Honest craftsmanship combined with creativity, precision, and a lot of love for local, high-quality products characterise us.

you can work quickly when washing up
you like to support the kitchen team
you already have some experience in the kitchen/with kitchen tasks
you are willing to take on tasks outdoors as well
