Substitute Early Childhood Educator
Your mission
As an early childhood educator, you actively participate in the daily support of children in their overall development, in line with the center's educational project.
You contribute to creating a caring, safe, and stimulating environment, promoting emotional security, autonomy, and openness to the world.
On a daily basis, you work closely with the educational team and maintain a trusting relationship with families, respecting the institutional framework of the center.
Main responsibilities
Welcome children and their families respectfully and kindly.
Ensure the child's psychological, emotional, and physical safety and well-being.
Have a duty to alert on any breach of safety and well-treatment rules and a duty of prevention and protection of the child.
Collaborate and actively communicate with the site management and the entire educational team.
Share observations with the educational team.
Participate in creating a pleasant working environment respecting the group's values and each individual's personality.
Your profile
At least 20 years old and with proven educational experience with children or parental experience or childcare assistance, of at least 6 months.
Sensitivity to issues related to well-being, sustainability, and cultural diversity.
Recognition of your ability to create a safe and stimulating environment for children.
Strong interpersonal skills and passion for collaborative work with children, families, and teams.
