The Beloved Foundation is advertising a position for:

Social Worker / Case Manager (M/F/D)

2-year fixed-term contract, renewable

50% evolving

Your duties

Ensure individual follow-up (case management) of persons supported by the foundation, from initial assessment to end-of-follow-up report

Support the director in coordinating social and administrative files

Maintain liaison with external partners (municipal and cantonal social services, disability insurance offices, compensation funds, insurers, medical and therapeutic network)

Guide beneficiaries in their dealings with Swiss insurance/social institutions (disability insurance, LAVI, old-age and survivors' insurance, unemployment insurance, social assistance, supplementary benefits, LAMal, etc.)

Write situation reports, social assessments and documents necessary for case follow-up

Contribute to the development of internal tools and processes

Represent the foundation at network meetings, at the director's request

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in social work (social worker) or equivalent training

Additional training in health/integration case management is an asset

CAS LAVI is an asset

Proven experience in individual social support, ideally related to health, integration and precariousness

Experience of close collaboration with management

Very good knowledge of the Swiss social insurance system and social institutions

Proficiency in compiling files for social insurance

Good interpersonal skills with vulnerable people

Fluent French is essential

Good knowledge of Italian and German – important
