Technical Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

In this key position, you take responsibility for the technical and scientific areas and lead the units R&D, Production and Engineering. You connect innovation and product development with industrialisation, quality, and efficient manufacturing.

• You develop the technical areas strategically and operationally

• You lead and develop the responsible teams

• You are responsible for product development, scale-up, and industrialisation

• You ensure efficient, high-quality, and regulatory-compliant production

• You further develop technologies, automation, and processes

• You initiate and implement optimisation and investment projects

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical or scientific university education

• Several years of leadership and industry experience, ideally in a regulated production environment

• Experience in development, industrialisation, production, and quality

• Entrepreneurial thinking and a strong hands-on mentality

• Decisiveness, pragmatism, and solution orientation

• Very good German, English, and French skills
