As Senior Product Manager Technology, you support the Special Systems area for special fire alarm systems in Zollikofen BE. We are among the leading providers of fire alarm systems in Europe and are strongly positioned worldwide in the SBS sector. You contribute significantly to market success and actively shape the agile product delivery process.What you achieve
- You are jointly responsible with your team colleagues for agile requirements engineering (SAFe) in the value stream special fire alarm systems (SBS).
- You translate complex market and customer requirements as well as pioneering technologies into structured specifications and thus into marketable products.
- You prioritise features and requirements and continuously develop the product vision together with the relevant stakeholders.
- You work interdisciplinarily with agile development teams at various locations.
- You ensure the usability, quality and performance of our products.
- You make an important contribution to product delivery and validation as well as to the design of our system landscape, consisting of hardware, firmware, software, cloud services and accessories.
What you bring
- You have successfully completed training (FH/HF) in electrical engineering, electronics, systems engineering or a comparable field and thus create the ideal foundation.
- You have several years of experience in agile product delivery, e.g. in the role of product manager, product owner, developer or system architect. Industry experience in fire and/or special fire alarm technology is a plus.
- You communicate confidently in German and English (project language predominantly English).
- You convince with the ability to structure complex topics and thus reduce complexity.
- You have a quick grasp and a good understanding of overall contexts.
- As a true team player, you always meet your colleagues at eye level.
