Your tasks
- Accompanying and individually caring for the children
- Designing participatory leisure activities
- Guiding the children towards solidarity, non-violent conflict resolution as well as consideration and
- tolerance in mutual interaction
- Conducting parent meetings by phone and in person
- Maintaining child documentation and working as a key person
- Supporting the kindergarten teacher in lessons
Your profile
- Enjoyment in working with children
- Qualification as Childcare Specialist EFZ
- Ideally professional experience in a day school or in supplementary school care facilities
- Trainer diploma and experience in guiding apprentices
- High social competence and resilience
- Team-oriented, flexible and humorous personality
- Fluent spoken German skills
