To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as:

Polymechanic / Machining Mechanic (m/f/d) – Turning, Milling & Grinding

What awaits you with us:

• Custom manufacturing: Independent production of highly precise individual parts, prototypes or small series on modern CNC and conventional machines.

• Process responsibility: Setting up, programming (or adjusting) and operating turning, milling or grinding centres.

• Quality control: First article inspection and ongoing in-process measurements including precise documentation.

• Machine maintenance: Regular servicing, upkeep of your workplace and changing tools.

• Basic training: Completed apprenticeship as polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, machining mechanic or an equivalent qualification.

• Machining expertise: In-depth practical experience in at least one of the areas of turning, milling or grinding (CNC or conventional).

• Control knowledge: Routine handling of common controls (e.g. Fanuc, Siemens etc.)

• Drawing proficiency: Confident reading of technical drawings, form and positional tolerances as well as manufacturing schemes.

• Quality assurance: Independent inspection using common measuring instruments (micrometre, gauge micrometres, 3D measuring devices).

• Material & tool knowledge: Good understanding of cutting data and various materials (e.g. steel, aluminium, titanium, plastics).

Personal qualities:

• Precision: High standards for surface quality, fit accuracy and tight tolerances.

• Responsibility: Structured and reliable working method from raw part to finished part.

• Team spirit: Collegial attitude and solution-oriented collaboration within the company.

• Working hours: Willingness to work shifts (e.g. 2-shift) is an advantage, day shifts are also possible.
