What do I need to be successful?

You bring the following qualifications and qualities to shine in this demanding position:

• Completed training as a nurse specialist (HF/FH) with further education in monitoring care, intensive care, anaesthesia care or emergency care

• Several years of professional experience in acute care, which you can confidently apply

• Confident handling of changing patient situations and strong patient-oriented action

• Strong team skills, independent working style and high quality awareness

• Open and direct communication, contributing to constructive teamwork

• Flexibility in dealing with the dynamic demands of shift work and different patient situations

• Self-reflective working style to continuously question and further develop your own practice
