Your mission within Autogrill
As a leader:
- Continuous optimization of sales activities
- Verification of the application of guidelines and standards at the point of sale
- Manage, support, and encourage employees in partnership with the manager
- Assist in training new employees and control knowledge
- Create and maintain team cohesion and motivation, anticipate conflicts
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards (HACCP)
- Verification of product quality and presentation
As a team member:
- Setup, preparation of dishes, and assistance with service
- Presentation of goods according to Visual Merchandising instructions
- Service according to Autogrill standards (always with a smile)
- Preparation of the customer reception area
- Stocking of display cases and retail
- Cash register management and daily accounting
Your profile
- Customer service sense, enthusiasm, and kindness
- Creativity and proactivity
- Experience in catering and management
- Ability to work weekends/public holidays
- Good written and spoken French and good spoken English
