Your future field of responsibility

Warm welcome and care of our national and international guests
Carrying out check-in and check-out
Processing reservations and guest requests
Advising guests on hotel services and offers
Handling enquiries and complaints
Cash management and accounting
Ensuring smooth operation at the front office
Close cooperation with the various hotel departments

Your profile

Completed training in hotel management or a comparable qualification
Ideally first professional experience at the front office
Enjoyment in dealing with national and international guests
Warm, service-oriented and professional personality
Good German and English skills
Teamwork, reliability and flexibility
Willingness to work shifts as well as on weekends and public holidays
