Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for the technical management of construction sites in the building construction sector
• On site, you professionally lead the construction personnel and, in cooperation with the site management, are responsible for deployment planning
• Throughout the entire execution, you take over project controlling and jointly monitor costs, deadlines and quality with the site management
• You are responsible for occupational safety, health protection and environmental protection on the construction site

Your foundation

• You have a basic education in building construction and have either trained as a foreperson or already gained corresponding experience in a comparable role
• Thanks to your communicative and motivating personality as well as your entrepreneurial thinking, you successfully lead people through demanding projects
• You enjoy direct contact with customers and business partners on site and have an interest in business management contexts
• In everyday work, you convince through initiative and a strong sense of responsibility
