What is my role?

• On site, you ensure a smooth process and pitch in where it makes sense

• You take responsibility for quality, safety and organisation within the team

• You work closely with the construction and project management and learn to plan, coordinate and further develop assembly processes

• You lead your team in day-to-day operations, provide guidance and keep all parties on track

• Step by step, you grow into the role of site manager, with professional support and room to experiment

What do I need to be successful?

• You have training as a carpenter EFZ and ideally further training as a timber construction foreperson

• You want to develop personally and professionally and are eager to learn new things

• Technical understanding of construction, organisational talent and an independent working style characterise you

• You enjoy working in a team, communicate openly and use common IT tools confidently

• With your commitment and positive attitude, you contribute to the success of projects and enjoyable collaboration
