Teacher ABU and Job Coach 40-60% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Supporting young people and young adults on their way into vocational training or the primary labour market
• Teaching in the subject of general education (ABU)
• Individual support and assistance for participants
• Conducting support discussions and collaborating in the interdisciplinary team
• Writing support, learning and final reports
• Co-designing and further developing our support programmes

Your profile

• Educational training, SVEB 1 or comparable practical experience
• Enjoyment in working with young people and young adults
• Empathy, patience, humour and at the same time the ability to accompany clearly and motivatingly
• Interest in intercultural collaboration and diverse life stories
• Team spirit and a positive attitude
• Structured working method as well as confident German language skills in spoken and written form
