What are your tasks?

• Educational support and guidance of the entrusted children
• Design of an age- and interest-oriented daily routine for the children
• Observation and development documentation based on portfolios
• Guiding apprentices in the group
• Designing a parenting partnership with the families
• Organization and implementation of excursions and parent activities
• Active participation in team meetings
• Creating an appreciative, family-like working atmosphere

What should you bring?

• A completed education as FABE, educator or comparable socio-pedagogical qualifications
• Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage
• Expertise in early childhood, project work, observation and documentation methods
• Team player
• Initiative, creativity and flexibility
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
