System Technician Communication Systems (m/f/d)
Workload: 80 - 100% / Workplace: Schaan
What we are looking for
Planning, installation, and configuration of communication solutions based on Mitel and Innovaphone
Integration of Microsoft Teams as a UC platform into existing telecom infrastructures
Conducting error analyses, support, and maintenance (remote and on-site)
Technical consulting and training of our customers in the field of modern communication systems
Documentation of projects and support cases
Participation in the further development of our solutions and services
What you should bring
Completed training in the IT or telecommunications sector (e.g., IT specialist, IT system electronics technician, etc.)
Solid knowledge and practical experience with Mitel PBX, Innovaphone PBX, as well as Microsoft
Teams including Direct Routing
Knowledge in the areas of network, VoIP, SIP, SBCs, and firewalls is an advantage
Independent and solution-oriented working style
Good German and English skills in spoken and written
Team spirit, customer orientation, and willingness to continuously improve
