Exciting tasks await:

• As Vice Principal, together with the Principal, the Vice Principals, and the Head of Services, you form the school management. Together with the teachers and staff, the school management team is responsible for school operations, pedagogical, administrative and financial leadership, as well as the further development of Kanti Baden.
• You lead the Computer Science and Business Secondary School as an independent department.
• You are responsible for individual subject departments and lead around 40 teachers.
• You take on tasks in school and quality development.

What you bring:

• You have a completed university degree or a diploma for higher teaching in a subject taught at grammar school level, as well as teaching experience.
• You bring leadership skills and experience.
• You demonstrate strong planning and organisational skills.
• You are a team player and possess conflict resolution skills.
• You have a confident demeanour.

The Kantonsschule Baden is an innovative school located in an urban environment with a grammar school, a business secondary school (commercial baccalaureate) and a computer science secondary school (EFZ IT specialist with commercial baccalaureate). With 1600 students and 230 teachers, it is one of the largest secondary schools in the canton of Aargau.
