YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Drive the sales transformation of the Service Division forward: You analyze existing structures and processes, develop more efficient processes, and implement them together with the relevant stakeholders
- Actively shape the change: You plan and manage change measures that win over and empower employees for new ways of working
- Build a culture of continuous improvement: From KPI tracking to best practice sharing to new sales models and tools
- Manage and prioritize initiatives within the framework of sales transformation with a clear focus on impact and feasibility
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Division Management – you have direct access to the leadership level and real scope for design
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Completed studies in business administration, management, organization, or a related field
- Several years of experience in management consulting, project management, or a comparable role with a focus on strategy, transformation, or organizational development
- Know-how in change management, lean / continuous improvement, or sales excellence is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and assertiveness – you can inspire and engage people
- Analytical and conceptual thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German and English skills
