HR Payroll & Reporting
Your tasks:
- Independent implementation of monthly payroll accounting for our german employees, taking into account legal and collectively agreed requirements
- Maintaining and managing personnel master data and transaction data in the payroll system
- You are the contact person for employees, authorities and health insurance companies for payroll-related issues
- Creating evaluations, statistics and reports for HR and other departments
- Assisting with monthly and annual financial statements as well as internal and external audits
- Further development and optimization of processes in the area of payroll & reporting
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further training in HR (e.g. HR specialist)
- Profound professional experience in payroll accounting - you are familiar with German payroll tax and social security law
- Experience in the use of SAP HCM or a comparable payroll or accounting program
- Very good Excel skills and interest in reporting, data analysis or HR key figures
- Team spirit, careful and structured way of working
