YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Independent handling of spare parts orders from inquiry to invoicing
- Processing of offers, orders, deliveries, and invoices
- Telephone and written customer contact within the scope of order processing
- Clarification of technical requirements in cooperation with internal departments
- Coordination with purchasing, logistics, and technical departments
- Monitoring delivery dates and maintaining order and status data
- Handling complaints and assisting in finding solutions
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Commercial or technical basic training, ideally with experience in spare parts sales
- Experience in order processing, SAP knowledge is an advantage
- Confident handling of customers by phone and email
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- Technical understanding is an advantage
- Fluent German in spoken and written form (mandatory)
- English skills in spoken and written form, preferably level B2
