Your tasks
- Carrying out maintenance work inside and outside the buildings (garden and cleaning work)
- Performing maintenance and repairs on systems and facilities including their documentation
- Issuing, supervising and monitoring orders to internal and external service providers and suppliers while adhering to costs, deadlines and quality
- Performing maintenance and minor repairs, if technically possible
- Availability for on-call duty (first intervention) and winter service work
- Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned vehicles, machines and equipment as well as the cleaning materials used
Your profile
- Manual dexterity and technical understanding
- Experience in caretaking or building maintenance is an advantage
- Independent, reliable and service-oriented working style
- Healthy assertiveness and good communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours
- Very good German and good MS Office user skills (Outlook, Word, Excel) are an advantage
- Driving licence category B is an advantage
