For the Innovation and Development department, we are looking for a committed personality at the headquarters in Wasen immediately or by arrangement as:

Head of Quality 80-100% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Technical and personnel management of quality management in the Quality Hand Tools (QHT) area

• Application and continuous development of quality methods including risk assessments at product and process level

• Planning and execution of internal and external audit programmes as well as supplier audits

• Support, maintenance and targeted further development of the ISO management system

• Further development of the quality management system as a strategic management tool

• Identification and sustainable handling of quality problems and complaints including root cause analysis and effectiveness checks

• Development of test strategies and test concepts for existing and new products

• Quality-related support of development projects including investigations on prototypes and pre-series

• Competent contact and sparring partner for metalworking employees on quality-relevant issues

• Promotion and sustainable anchoring of a pronounced quality awareness in the company

Your profile

• Mandatory completed technical-mechanical basic training with higher education at university of applied sciences level

• Further training in quality management or a comparable qualification

• Sound knowledge of materials science, especially in the field of steel and steel processing

• Several years of experience in quality management and quality assurance of consumer goods

• Very good knowledge of common quality standards and quality methods

• Strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working

• Enthusiasm for premium products and high-quality hand tools "100% Swiss Made"

• High customer orientation, flexibility and pronounced team spirit

• Attention to detail and a keen eye for optimisation and improvement potential

• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
