Your Team
The Quality Control Team in Emmen offers comprehensive testing campaigns for aerospace and industrial customers, typically within the scope of development, qualification, or acceptance tests. The test objects range from individual components to complete products and include rocket parts. The team consists of 14 highly qualified employees who significantly contribute to ensuring the highest quality standards with their expertise and passion. Your Mission
- Contribute to the documentation of Key Inspection Points (KIP) and Mandatory Inspection Points (MIP) (production records) to verify critical features/requirements
- Participate in deviation and fault investigations whenever product and/or process requirements are violated
- Perform incoming goods inspections (supply chain products)
- Conduct inline verifications according to product/quality assurance requirements
- Check measuring and testing equipment
- Implement the quality control programme according to project milestones
- Ensure successful implementation of customer, regulatory, and internal requirements for operational execution
- Actively participate in the internal deviation management process
- Support the creation of process quality documentation
- Assist in process qualification
- Participate in customer and internal audits as a quality control representative
- Contribute to the development of the quality organisation (training/coaching)
- Contribute to customer satisfaction regarding quality performance
- Monitor the performance of quality processes in production
- Provide input to the quality data package for space applications
- Contribute to internal root cause analyses and deviation reports
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational training/studies (engineering, mechanics, mechatronics, electronics)
- Knowledge of standards such as EN9100, ECSS, NASA, and MIL
- Ability to quickly understand and analyse technical products/systems and their functions
- Experience with MS Office required
- Experience in applying preventive quality methods (5-Why, Ishikawa/Fishbone analysis…)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in German & English
- Experience in other space companies
- Relevant experience in quality and continuous improvement
