We are looking for a System Engineer at our headquarters in Dietlikon, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Acquisition of new customers (building the customer base), as well as the development and implementation of strategies for customer acquisition
• Implementation of IT solutions in project and operational environments
• Ensuring clean and standardised configurations
• Support of assigned customers as Leading System Engineer
• Analysis and resolution of complex faults and error patterns
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Active role in the development and definition of standards
• Support in requirements analysis and solution design for our customers.
• Active participation in knowledge management

How you convince us of yourself

• A completed education in the field of computer science (system technology/platform development) and at least 10 years of experience in the relevant field
• Sound knowledge and experience in at least two of the following areas: Server, Storage, M365, Virtualisation (VMware), Data Protection (Veeam)
• Service- and customer-oriented team player
• High quality awareness as well as courage to take initiative and responsibility
• Good German (native level) and English skills complete your profile
