In our historic and modern rooms, congresses, general meetings, customer events, conferences, and creative pop-ups take place. The gastronomic experience is created entirely in-house – and in a dedicated team that collaborates on an equal footing.

Your Tasks
- Responsibility for menu development and creative offer design
- Proactive production planning during event-free time slots
- Contributing to the further development of our overall gastronomic concept
- Staff planning and team development: human, motivating, and empathetic
- Monitoring and documentation of hygiene standards (HACCP)
- Close collaboration with the areas of banqueting, housekeeping, F&B, and event setup
- Operational support in large productions
Your Profile
- Completed chef training EFZ and solid experience in the banqueting and event sector
- Experience in à-la-carte is an advantage
- Good overview in hectic moments, hands-on mentality, and creativity
- Enjoy working in flat hierarchies with short decision-making paths
- Sense for food trends and economic working
- Appreciative interaction with trained and untrained staff
- Confident handling of PC and MS Office programs
- Advanced German and English skills in spoken and written form
