Property Manager Residential and Commercial Properties (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 115,000Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, an established property management company in the Aargau area, we are seeking a committed individual to strengthen the property management team due to a retirement.
Our partner manages numerous residential and commercial properties for cooperatives, foundations, as well as public and private owners, in addition to their own apartments. In this role, you will take on the comprehensive management of a diverse property portfolio directly at the Brugg location.

Responsibilities:
You take on the comprehensive property management
You handle matters relating to tenancy law and contracts
You oversee property maintenance as well as construction-related concerns and property upkeep
You maintain contact with clients and tenants
Qualifications:
You have completed training as a property manager with a federal diploma
You have a commercial basic education or further training as well as construction knowledge
You have several years of professional experience in this role and an interest in non-profit housing construction
You convince through precise, structured working methods as well as good people skills and social competence
You communicate confidently orally and in writing in German and are proficient in MS Office
