Tasks

About the job
What you can achieve
- You are jointly responsible in our team for carrying out microbiological, chemical and physical analyses of raw materials, semi-finished products and finished products such as milk, whey, fresh cheese and milk powder.
- Performing PCR analyses is also part of your duties.
- You support the functional testing of laboratory equipment and participate in ring trials.
- You independently handle the daily sample intake, including checking the sample condition and recording the samples in the system.
- All this is done in compliance with work instructions, laboratory specifications as well as hygiene and occupational safety regulations.
- Your thoughtful, forward-looking and analytical nature allows you to continuously participate in the laboratory's improvement process.
What you bring with you
- You have completed vocational training as a biology or chemistry laboratory technician, ideally with practical expertise in dairy laboratory analytics.
- You have a confident handling of MS Office and ideally also SAP.
- You are characterized by a very high sense of responsibility and quality awareness with an independent and careful way of working.
- In this position, an analytical and structured way of thinking, organizational and communication skills also help you.
- With your high commitment and flexibility, you support us during weekend and holiday shifts.
