This is the job - Your main tasks

Build, establish and accompany Agile Release Trains (ARTs) according to SAFe throughout the entire lifecycle.
Plan, moderate and ensure the successful execution of PI Plannings, Inspect & Adapt Workshops and other ART events.
Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners and other stakeholders in the ART and support them in applying agile methods.
Coordinate dependencies between teams, identify impediments early and promote their sustainable resolution.
Create transparency about progress, risks and delivery and drive continuous improvement of collaboration within the ART.
Ensure successful and value-oriented implementation together with Product Management, System Architects and Business Owners.
Actively accompany agile transformations at our clients and promote a sustainable agile way of working.

This job is for you if

you have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable field.
you bring several years of experience as a Release Train Engineer within a SAFe environment and in successfully accompanying Agile Release Trains.
you hold a SAFe certification, for example as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
you have experience in moderating complex workshops and coaching agile roles.
you analyse complex contexts in a structured way and develop pragmatic solutions together with different stakeholders.
you are willing, depending on client needs, to take on other agile roles such as Product Manager, Product Owner or Portfolio Manager or to accompany hybrid projects according to HERMES.
you have very good German and English skills in spoken and written form (min. C1); French skills are an advantage.
