Spitex Regio Tannzapfenland.
Our team of around 85 employees brings joy of life into the homes of our clients in the communities of Bichelsee-Balterswil, Fischingen, Eschlikon, Münchwilen, Rickenbach, Sirnach and Wängi with great commitment. A meaningful task that is fun.

We are rebuilding our management team and are looking for an experienced Spitex personality who takes responsibility, leads people and shapes the future of our Spitex together with us.
Your job with us
As part of our management team and nursing cadre, you combine leadership, organisation and nursing practice:
- You lead, accompany and develop employees.
- You bring your experience into the management team, help shape it and take on responsibility.
- You carry out the administrative and organisational tasks of your managerial role.
- You actively develop processes, quality and structures further.
- You regularly work with our clients and thus remain in touch with nursing and close to the team.
This is you
You are a seasoned Spitex personality with a qualified nursing education (Dipl. Nurse), solid Spitex experience and ideally leadership or managerial experience.
You can organise, decide and speak plainly – appreciatively and on equal terms. Even when things get hectic, you keep an overview and pitch in where needed.
