Your tasks
Personnel
- Conducting applicant management
- Planning and supporting the recruitment of new employees
- Co-developing measures for personnel development
- Co-developing new tools for the employee lifecycle
Communication
- "Hub" for communication concerns for various target groups and channels (internal and external), co-coordination
- Maintaining and expanding tools/platforms for internal communication
- Writing, editing, and publishing contributions for all communication channels (website, social media, and internal), accompanied by our communication expert
- Assisting in the planning and execution of events
Your profile
- You are a proactive personality and convince through creativity, commitment, team spirit, and initiative.
- Education/training in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate) and/or education/training in communication or related disciplines
- Experience in all areas of modern, integrated, and cross-media communication
- User knowledge in the application of common CMS systems
- Flair for communicative appearances and quality-conscious design
