- The SBAT is responsible for managing the State's real estate assets.
We ensure their maintenance, upkeep, and renovation or redevelopment works. As the representative of the Project Owner (MO), we actively participate in the planning and realisation of new constructions or major transformations.
As head of the Operations Department, you guarantee the optimal operation of buildings and premises owned or rented by the State, in compliance with the service strategy and objectives of efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
In this role, you lead a team composed of an Energy and Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) manager, a database manager, and approximately 75 concierge staff.
You define and implement the building operation strategy, manage the processes, resources, and budget of the department, while ensuring its financial management.
Simultaneously, you develop the energy efficiency strategy, oversee energy and water procurement as well as consumption monitoring.
As guarantor of service quality, you ensure compliance with public procurement regulations and contribute to the development of facility management as well as the digital transformation of the service.
Holder of a federal diploma as a facility management leader or an equivalent qualification, you also hold a MAS in Energy and Sustainable Development in the Built Environment or an equivalent training. A CAS in energy efficiency contracts is an additional asset.
You have at least five years of experience in a similar role, including team leadership, as well as solid experience in building operation and technical facility management.
With strong knowledge of energy, water, energy efficiency, and energy procurement, you also master public procurement and common office software tools.
Recognised for your management skills, organisational sense, and ability to lead cross-functional projects, you demonstrate excellent analytical skills, strong writing and interpersonal abilities, as well as a genuine capacity to unite teams and drive change.
