Deputy Head of Technical Services
Your Tasks
- Co-responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes
- Control, monitoring, and maintenance of technical systems
- Coordination and execution of maintenance, repair, and renovation work in rooms and buildings
- Contact person for various internal and external offices and stakeholders
- Assistance with events and occasions
- Administrative tasks and scheduling with external specialists
- Participation in projects and working groups for the further development of the operation
Your Profile
- Completed training in the field of facility maintenance
- Several years of professional experience; initial leadership experience is an advantage
- High quality and sense of responsibility with strong service orientation
- Independent, reliable, and efficient working style
- Energetic person with a positive team spirit and physical resilience
- Driver's license category B.
- Good oral and written German skills as well as confident PC user skills
- Flexibility regarding the workplace and willingness for emergency deployments
