The Tschuggen Grand Hotel in Arosa is a 5-star superior luxury hotel located at 1,800m altitude in the Grisons mountains. As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection", our hotel offers 128 individually designed rooms, suites and mountain lofts, as well as four stylish restaurants – including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars – and an impressive 5,000 m² spa mountain oasis, designed by Mario Botta.

Completed vocational training

German/English required, any additional language an advantage

Experience in 4/5* hospitality

Care and accuracy in adhering to hygiene standards

Well-groomed appearance

Preparation and cooking of starch side dishes, vegetables and soupsProcessing of potatoes, rice, pasta and egg dishesPreparation of vegetarian or vegan main coursesMain responsibility for the organisation of the stationDaily compilation of the required goods for ordering via the head chefManagement of the Entremetier station
