What is my role?

You are the driving force behind the entire employee lifecycle – from the first contact to the last working day. You keep an eye on all administrative HR processes, from contract drafting to payroll. You actively participate in recruiting, develop creative employer branding strategies, and ensure that employees feel welcome from day one. You are the contact person for all people-related matters and bring fresh ideas to take HR work to the next level.

What do I need to be successful?

You have a commercial education – ideally, you have already enhanced this with further training in human resources or are currently on that path. Several years of HR experience are already in your backpack, and you are well versed in Swiss labour law as well as social security. HR software – preferably Abacus – and MS Office are not foreign words to you but daily companions. You work in a structured and service-oriented manner, have a knack for people, and communicate on an equal footing. Your proactive nature and solution-oriented thinking define you – you take action instead of waiting.
