Machine Operator Extrusion - Fibre Optic Cable (m/f/d) 100%

For our client, an innovative company in cable manufacturing, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and reliable machine operator for the extrusion area. In this position, you will take on a key role in the production of highly precise fibre optic cables. Your Tasks

• Machine Operation & Setup Processes: Independently setting up, starting and operating the extrusion machines according to work plans, recipes and technical specifications.

• Material Preparation: Independently preparing and conditioning raw materials based on parts lists.

• Process Monitoring & Quality: Continuous monitoring of production processes, performing and documenting quality controls as well as initiating corrective measures in case of deviations.

• Maintenance & Workplace Organisation: Cleaning, care and simple maintenance work on the machines as well as active participation in Lean Management and 5S standards.

• Shift Handover & Data Recording: Accurate recording of production figures and ensuring smooth information flow during shift handover.

• Experience: Practical experience in operating production or industrial machines, ideally in extrusion or plastic/cable manufacturing.

• Technical Understanding: Good mechanical basic knowledge, interest in complex manufacturing processes and a quick grasp.

• Working Method: Independent, precise and quality-conscious working style with high physical resilience.

• Personality: Cheerful, flexible and reliable team personality.

• Languages & Shift Readiness: Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as willingness to work in shifts (up to 4-shift model).
