Introduction

In a privileged setting, Château de la Rive is a private medico-social establishment recognised as being of public interest. Certified ISO 9001-2015, it accommodates 103 residents requiring geriatric and advanced age psychiatry care. Particularly attentive to the quality of support for its residents, our institution offers personalised care and superior hotel services.

We are currently seeking motivated and passionate CRS Health Auxiliaries / Nursing Assistants to join our dynamic and caring team.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and support residents in daily living activities.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal resident follow-up.
• Participate in the implementation of personalised care plans.
• Ensure the physical and psychological well-being of residents.
• Contribute to maintaining a pleasant and safe living environment.

Qualifications

• CRS Health Auxiliary certificate or equivalent diploma recognised in Switzerland.
• Experience in a medico-social establishment or similar position is an asset.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Empathy, patience and a sense of responsibility.
• Proficiency in French (spoken and written).
