For our restaurant at the rest area in Pieterlen, we are looking for an assistant cook with several years of professional experience who will fully start with us! Fresh food and your own ideas are the focus. Start immediately or by arrangement.
Your profile:
- Accustomed to working independently and a team player
- Service-oriented and resilient
- Helpful, positive, and hands-on
- You have several years of professional experience in the kitchen
- You learn quickly, are creative, and bring new ideas
- Shift work, including weekends/holidays
- Good German language skills in spoken and written (any additional language is a plus)
Your tasks:
- Preparing the mise-en-place for the hot and cold kitchen
- Preparing dishes according to recipes
- Assisting in the implementation of new ideas
- Daily cleaning tasks (HACCP)
- Compliance with operational and food law regulations as well as occupational safety rules (KOPAS)
