Your team
The Operations division covers the processing and monitoring of all types of financial instruments and manages investment funds. It supports other divisions and provides clients with top-notch service quality, relying on modern and robust infrastructures.
Join the Reconciliation service and become part of the specialized Cash Reconciliation team, responsible for controlling and monitoring cash operations carried out by all our business lines and entities, in Switzerland and internationally.
Your role
• Perform daily reconciliation of non-automated cash transactions, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of reconciliations.
• Identify, analyze, and assign suspense items to the relevant units, ensuring rigorous follow-up until their complete resolution.
• Effectively address anomalies, discrepancies, and incidents, ensuring their rapid and sustainable resolution.
• Actively participate in the optimization and automation of reconciliation processes, proposing improvements and contributing to the implementation of innovative solutions.
• Draft, update, and maintain documentation of procedures and internal controls to ensure compliance and traceability of operations.
• Serve as a primary point of contact with various business lines, internal correspondents, and entities abroad, fostering smooth and effective communication.
Your profile
• Higher education (e.g., HEG/HES or equivalent training) ideally complemented by initial experience in the banking or financial sector.
• Strong interest in numerical management and data analysis.
• Perfect mastery of IT tools, particularly MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and ease in handling databases.
• Excellent analytical, rigor, and organizational skills, with particular attention to detail.
• Team spirit, service orientation, flexibility, and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
• Fluent in French (native language) and very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written.
• Residence in Switzerland is mandatory.
