Your tasks

You will accompany apprentices and students practically throughout their entire training and support them in developing their potential.
You plan, organise, accompany and evaluate training units on the wards.
You are responsible for the practical training of the assigned apprentices and students and design varied training days.
Together with the vocational training team, the ward teams and the management team, you continuously develop the quality of training.
With your enthusiasm, you create a motivating learning atmosphere and actively contribute to a modern and future-oriented training culture.

Your profile

Completed training as a certified nurse HF/FH
High professional competence and experience in an acute hospital
Ideally, you already have pedagogical further training or are willing to complete it alongside your job – we are happy to support you in this.
Sense of responsibility, team spirit and appreciative communication
You pass on your knowledge with passion and respond individually to the needs of apprentices and students.
You are enthusiastic about working with young people and want to sustainably support and promote them on their path into the nursing profession.
